A specific resource. The right audience.

*Illustrative workflow*

01

## One focused resource

A link opens the specific video export or language guide you chose to share.

02

## Choose your audience

Invite named people or allow anyone with the link to view the resource.

03

## Keep control

Set downloads and expiry, reset a link, or stop sharing when the work changes.

A BETTER HANDOFF

## Let them watch. Let them follow.

Video viewers can use captions and the narration transcript. Guide readers can work through the steps and download a PDF when downloads are allowed. The explanation stays with the resource.

- Share a finished video as a viewer experience.
- Invite a guide reviewer as a viewer or editor.
- Let guests reach the resource without joining your organization.

THE WORKFLOW

## A thoughtful handoff, in three steps.

1. 01
  ### Choose the finished resource
Open a video export or a language’s guide and create its share link.

2. 02
  ### Set the right access
Keep the link restricted to invited emails, or enable anyone-with-the-link viewing. Choose downloads and an optional expiry.

3. 03
  ### Send it with confidence
Share the link. Invited guests verify their email, and guide editors can help refine the content you have shared.

A FEW DETAILS

## Good questions. Clear answers.

**Does sharing expose the whole project?**

No. A share link opens the exact video export or language guide you selected. It does not give a guest access to the rest of your organization’s projects.

**Can people outside my team edit a guide?**

Yes. Invite a person to that guide with editor access. They can refine guide content and screenshots. Video exports remain view-only.

**What happens when I export a new video?**

A video link points to one exact export, so a new export needs its own link. A guide link continues to point to that project’s guide in the selected language.

**Can I turn a link off?**

Yes. Stop sharing to remove access, or reset the link to invalidate its previous URL. An optional expiry can end access at a chosen time.

THREE WAYS TO USE IT

## One link to watch. One guide to follow.

### Hosted video page

Share an exact finished export in a focused player with speed controls, narration captions, and a transcript. Allow video and subtitle downloads when useful.

### Hosted guide page

Publish a guide as a readable web page with instructions and screenshots. Invited guide editors can refine the steps; other viewers can follow along.

### Guide PDF download

Give readers a portable version of the guide. When downloads are allowed, the shared guide page offers its PDF alongside the online instructions.

PDFs are generated from guides; separate PDF uploads and hosting are not currently offered.

YOU CHOOSE THE AUDIENCE

## Share with the right people.

Invite specific people, or allow anyone with the link to view. Choose whether downloads are available, set an optional expiry, and reset or stop a link when access needs to change.
