A BETTER HANDOFF

## The steps between the screenshots matter.

A tutorial should explain the choices as well as the clicks. Record the complete path, review the narration, and give the reader a finished result to compare with their own screen.

BEFORE

### A collection of disconnected instructions.

The reader sees a screenshot but misses the action that got there. Prerequisites and the final result are left implicit.

WITH POLYSH

### One complete task, explained two ways.

The narrated video shows the sequence and the choices. The guide keeps prerequisites, screenshots, and the result together.

THE WORKFLOW

## Start with the task your reader came to finish.

1. 01
  ### Capture the starting state
Show the account or workspace they need, then carry out one complete task. Explain choices where more than one path is possible.

2. 02
  ### Make the explanation exact
Review the script for interface labels and unexplained terms. Edit the demonstration so the narration stays aligned with the visible workflow.

3. 03
  ### Check it by following it
Review the guide’s prerequisites, screenshots, steps, and results. Try the tutorial from the beginning before sharing the output.

GOOD TO KNOW

## A few practical questions.

About using Polysh for software tutorials.

**Is this for coding tutorials or interface walkthroughs?**

The strongest fit is a visible software workflow that can be demonstrated on screen. You still review technical instructions and any code shown in the recording.

**Will the generated guide always choose the right screenshot?**

Review the guide before sharing. You can inspect the captured screenshot candidates, choose another image, or remove an image that does not help the step.

**Can I reuse an older tutorial recording?**

Yes, if the interface and instructions still match. If the product has changed, record the new workflow instead of describing new actions over old visuals.
