FOR LEARNING & ENABLEMENT

# Show the lesson. Leave the reference.

Make a screen-based lesson people can watch, then give them the steps to use it. Polysh turns the same recording into narrated training and a readable guide for the task that follows.

One recording. A narrated video, a readable guide, or both.

A BETTER HANDOFF

## Watching and doing are different moments.

A learner watches the explanation once and needs the details again while working. Give each moment a useful format: narration for understanding, screenshots and steps for doing.

BEFORE

### A lesson with no take-away.

The learner scrubs through a recording to find one action, or writes their own notes while trying to watch the screen.

WITH POLYSH

### A demonstration and a task reference.

The video explains the sequence. A reviewed guide keeps the actions, screenshots, and expected results ready for practice.

THE WORKFLOW

## Build a lesson around something the learner can do.

1. 01
  ### Define the learning task
Choose one action sequence, explain why it matters, and show the starting state. Record using example data.

2. 02
  ### Refine the demonstration
Review the script, trim dead time, and use click zooms where a small interface detail needs attention. Generate narration from the reviewed text.

3. 03
  ### Prepare the practice reference
Generate a guide from the lesson and check its steps and screenshots. Share the video and guide in the learning materials you already use.

MADE FOR THE TASK

## The right tools for a clearer explanation.

### Keep the lesson focused

Edit the narration and timeline so the demonstration follows the task clearly.

### Support the practice moment

A separate guide lets the learner scan the next action while working.

### Prepare another language thoughtfully

Review a translated script and its terminology before producing the narrated lesson.

GOOD TO KNOW

## A few practical questions.

About using Polysh for training videos.

**Can Polysh track course completion?**

No. Polysh creates videos and guides; it does not provide course enrollment, learner assessments, or completion tracking.

**Can I use the output in existing learning materials?**

You can export the video and guide PDF, or use share links where your materials support links. No specific LMS integration or SCORM package is promised here.

**Should I create one long training video?**

For a screen-based workflow, separate task-focused lessons are usually easier to revisit. Give each lesson a starting state and a result the learner can verify.
