Help a customerKNOWLEDGE, READY TO PASS ON
Share a finished video or a step-by-step guide with the people who need it. Give them a focused place to watch, read, and follow the explanation.
A specific resource. The right audience.
A link opens the specific video export or language guide you chose to share.
Invite named people or allow anyone with the link to view the resource.
Set downloads and expiry, reset a link, or stop sharing when the work changes.
A BETTER HANDOFF
Video viewers can use captions and the narration transcript. Guide readers can work through the steps and download a PDF when downloads are allowed. The explanation stays with the resource.
THE WORKFLOW
Open a video export or a language’s guide and create its share link.
Keep the link restricted to invited emails, or enable anyone-with-the-link viewing. Choose downloads and an optional expiry.
Share the link. Invited guests verify their email, and guide editors can help refine the content you have shared.
KEEP GOING

Make a guideA FEW DETAILS
No. A share link opens the exact video export or language guide you selected. It does not give a guest access to the rest of your organization’s projects.
Yes. Invite a person to that guide with editor access. They can refine guide content and screenshots. Video exports remain view-only.
A video link points to one exact export, so a new export needs its own link. A guide link continues to point to that project’s guide in the selected language.
Yes. Stop sharing to remove access, or reset the link to invalidate its previous URL. An optional expiry can end access at a chosen time.
THREE WAYS TO USE IT
Share an exact finished export in a focused player with speed controls, narration captions, and a transcript. Allow video and subtitle downloads when useful.
Publish a guide as a readable web page with instructions and screenshots. Invited guide editors can refine the steps; other viewers can follow along.
Give readers a portable version of the guide. When downloads are allowed, the shared guide page offers its PDF alongside the online instructions.
PDFs are generated from guides; separate PDF uploads and hosting are not currently offered.
YOU CHOOSE THE AUDIENCE
Invite specific people, or allow anyone with the link to view. Choose whether downloads are available, set an optional expiry, and reset or stop a link when access needs to change.
