Is this an employee training management system?

Polysh helps you create and share walkthroughs. It does not provide course enrollment, completion tracking, or an employee learning management system.

Can I document a task without showing private employee data?

Yes. Prepare a sample workspace and sample request before recording. Review the finished video and guide before sharing either.

Can new teammates keep a copy of the guide?

Yes. Guides can be downloaded as PDFs when downloading is enabled. Choose that setting based on the information the guide contains.
