Questions about the Mac app

How do updates work?

Automatically. The app downloads each update in the background and asks you to restart; you can also choose Check for updates in its menu.

What do I need to run it?

A Mac with macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon or Intel, and a Polysh workspace to sign in to.

What does it record?

One display, plus your microphone if you choose one. It logs when and where you click and when you press a key, never what you type.

When is Windows coming?

Soon, but we don't have a date yet. Until then, record in Chrome or upload from any recorder.

How do I uninstall it?

Quit Polysh Recorder and drag it from Applications to the Trash. Recordings you uploaded stay in your workspace.
