Polysh recorder

A screen recorder with a zoom on every click

The Polysh Chrome extension and Polysh Recorder for Mac record your screen and log where and when you click, so zooms and narration land in the right place.

Chrome extension and Mac app (Beta). Windows coming soon. Already have a recording?

Available now

Record your screen in Chrome today

Choose what to capture and talk through the task if you want. When you stop, the recording opens in your workspace as a new project.

Screen, window, or tab

Pick exactly what viewers should see, from a single browser tab to your whole screen.

Microphone is optional

Narrate as you go, or record in silence and write the script in Polysh afterwards.

Add the recorder to Chrome

You record yourself opening Integrations, choosing Calendar, and approving access. Polysh logs three clicks and turns each one into a zoom and a script line.

Beta

Polysh Recorder for Mac

Records outside the browser, in any app on your Mac. Windows is coming soon.

Your whole screen

Capture one display, with your microphone if you want to narrate as you go.

Clicks logged in every app

With Input Monitoring allowed, every click is logged, so each gets a zoom and lands on its sentence.

Start from the menu bar

Start with a shortcut or from the menu bar, which shows the time while you record. Pause when you need to.

Uploads that finish

If an upload is cut off, the app finishes it the next time it opens. The file also stays on your Mac.

Real clicks beat guessed ones

An ordinary recording is just pixels, so clicks would have to be guessed. The recorder writes them down as they happen.

Zooms on the exact spot

Centered on the recorded click, not an estimate.

Narration on the exact moment

Click times tell Polysh which sentence each action belongs to.

Better guides

Guide screenshots are planned around real clicks.

Nothing extra to do

The click log is written in the background.

How sentence-by-sentence sync works

What the recorder keeps, and what it doesn't

The video still shows whatever is on screen, so close other tabs and use a demo account.

Typed text left out

The log notes that you typed, not what. Passwords and field text are never stored. Shortcut keys such as Escape are kept.

You choose the capture

Record a single tab to keep the rest of your screen private.

Not used for training

Your recordings, scripts, and voices aren't used to train AI models.

Questions about the recorder

Which browsers does the recorder work in?

Chrome, as an extension. To record other apps on a Mac, use Polysh Recorder for Mac, in beta. Windows is coming soon.

Can I record system audio or webcam, or export vertical video?

Not yet. Both recorders capture your screen and microphone, and Polysh exports landscape MP4.
