Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Polysh charges credits only for finished output, so most problems never need a refund. This page explains what happens when something does go wrong.
Last updated:
This policy applies to payments made to Argo Solutions Infotech Private Limited for Polysh subscriptions, plans, and credits. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. During early access
Polysh is free during early access, and we don't collect payment details. Nothing on this page applies until your workspace buys a paid plan or credits. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before paid plans begin.
2. Credits and failed jobs
- Every job shows a credit estimate before it starts. Starting the job reserves those credits.
- Failed or cancelled jobs: reserved credits return to your workspace balance automatically. You don't need to ask for a refund.
- Completed jobs: credits charged for a job that finished are not refundable, because the processing has been done and paid for with our providers. If an output is clearly defective because of a fault on our side, write to us and we'll restore the credits or re-run the job.
- Unused purchased credits are not refundable for cash, except as described in section 4 or where the law requires.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- A workspace admin can cancel at any time in the app or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
- You can export your videos, captions, and guides before the period ends.
4. When we refund
We refund, to the original payment method:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by a billing error;
- Charges after a cancellation that should have stopped a renewal;
- First purchase: a first subscription or credit purchase within 7 days, if you've used less than 10% of the credits it included;
- Prolonged outages: a pro-rated refund or credit, at our discretion, if a platform-wide outage on our side stops you using the core Service for an extended period.
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 further business days to show it. Taxes are refunded with the charge where the law allows.
5. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge, and include:
- your workspace name and the email address of the account that paid;
- the date and amount of the charge, and the invoice or transaction ID;
- what went wrong.
We reply within 3 business days.
6. Delivery of the service
Polysh is an online software service. Nothing is shipped. Access to a paid plan, and purchased credits, are available in your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If they don't appear within 24 hours, write to us.
